Install

From dock to first session.

  1. 01

    Site check before it ships

We confirm door widths, turn radius, ceiling height, floor loading and the available circuit against the unit as configured. Nothing leaves the dock until the path is confirmed.

  2. 02

    Inside delivery and placement

The unit is brought in, uncrated, set on its final footprint and leveled. Crating and packaging leave with the crew.

  3. 03

    Commissioning

Power-up, pressure or thermal hold test as applicable, control calibration and a signed commissioning record for your file.

  4. 04

    Operator training

Session start-up, between-session turnover, cleaning procedure, fault codes and safe shutdown, taught on your unit to your staff.

Service

How a fault gets fixed.

Module-level repair, in the field

Subsystems are designed to be pulled and replaced in place. A failed control board, pump or driver is swapped on site rather than crating the unit back to a depot.

Parts held for ten years

Wear parts, seals, filters and covers ship from stock. Every serviceable part carries a part number printed in the operating documentation.

One number, one queue

Support is handled by the same people who quoted and commissioned the unit. There is no dealer tier and no ticket handoff.

Documented from day one

Full specification, site drawings, operating procedure and the commissioning record are issued with the unit and kept on file against its serial.

Next

Site requirements are published per unit.

Ceiling height, footprint, floor loading and circuit are listed on every equipment page before you talk to anyone.
