Financing
Most of this equipment is financed. Here's how that works.
Vantis equipment is capital equipment. It's bought the way capital equipment is bought — over a term, against the asset itself.
Equipment lease
Capital lease / $1 buyout.
You take delivery and pay monthly over a fixed term. The equipment is the collateral, which is why approval is usually easier than an unsecured loan. At the end of the term you own the unit outright.
Equipment loan
Straight term loan.
Fixed monthly payment, you own the equipment from day one. Usually requires a down payment. Better if you want the asset on your books immediately.
SBA 7(a)
For a full build-out, not just a unit.
If you're outfitting a whole location rather than adding one machine, an SBA-backed loan can cover equipment, build-out and working capital together. Longer to close — plan on weeks, not days.
Cash, with Section 179 in mind
Talk to your accountant.
Section 179 of the tax code lets businesses deduct qualifying equipment in the year it's placed in service, subject to annual limits and eligibility rules. It's a real consideration on a purchase this size and it's a question for your CPA, not for us.
The checklist
What a lender will ask you for.
For most equipment finance applications
- Business name, entity type and EIN
- Time in business
- Annual revenue
- Personal credit of the owner or owners
- A recent bank statement or two
- The Vantis quote — model, price, and delivery timeline
For larger amounts or an SBA route, add
- Two years of business tax returns
- Year-to-date profit and loss
- A personal financial statement
- Your lease or letter of intent on the space
Most lenders can give an indication within a day or two once they have the first list. The Vantis quote is the piece people forget — you can't apply without it, and we can have it to you the same day.
How to start
- 01
Get the quote.
Request pricing on the unit you want. You get the model, the price, the site requirements and the delivery timeline in one package.
- 02
Take it to a lender.
Any equipment finance company or your own bank. The quote is what they underwrite against.
- 03
Send us the approval.
Once you're funded, we schedule delivery and installation.
