The Locker Room
A compact vertical hardshell hyperbaric chamber in a standing booth footprint, adjustable from 1.1 to 2.0 ATA. A Q390B low-alloy steel pressure vessel with an intelligent 2-in-1 compressor and concentrator, on a floor plan of 55 in by 32 in — small enough for a single room, a clinic suite, or a private residence where the sitting chambers will not fit.

What it does
Plainly, what happens in a session.
- A single occupant steps into the standing booth, the steel door seals, and the vessel pressurizes anywhere from 1.1 to 2.0 ATA — selected on screen, with no pressure valve to swap between settings.
- Up to 1.5 ATA the chamber ships with a clear glass door for full visibility. At 1.7 and 2.0 ATA it runs a solid steel door, with a $10,000 upcharge to bring the vessel to full 2.0 ATA.
- The host machine is an intelligent 2-in-1 compressor and concentrator in one 16 in by 18 in cabinet: 15 L/min of oxygen at 93% ±3%, delivered through a headset tube or a mask.
- The cabin holds a 10-inch touchscreen and the host machine carries a matching 10-inch screen outside, so one person can run the full session — pressure set point, ramp rate, therapy mode, countdown and live readout — without a second operator.
- An air conditioning set is built into the system, with cabin temperature, humidity and pressure displayed live on both screens.
- Pressure rise and fall rates are adjustable, and relief is four-fold: two manual valves, two automatic valves and one emergency valve.
- The vessel is Q390B low-alloy steel plate, corrosion resistant, on a 55 in by 32 in floor plan at 1,433 lb — the smallest Vantis pressure vessel.
- Two intercom handsets keep the occupant in contact with the room for the whole session.
Why this one
What the cheaper unit does not do.
A real pressure vessel, in a real footprint
Q390B low-alloy steel hardshell rated to 2.0 ATA, not a fabric chamber limited to fractional pressure — on a floor plan of 55 in by 32 in that fits a single room, a clinic suite, or a private residence.
1.1 to 2.0 ATA, one machine
Pressure is selectable from 1.1 up to 2.0 ATA on screen with no valve swap between settings, so the same unit serves light-pressure and full-pressure protocols.
Intelligent 2-in-1 host machine
Compressor and concentrator in one 176 lb cabinet on casters. One machine, one plug, one place to service — instead of a separate concentrator, compressor and controller stacked in the room.
Four-fold pressure protection
Two manual relief valves, two automatic relief valves and one emergency relief valve, with live pressure readout on both the interior and exterior screens.
One person runs the room
Matching 10-inch internal and external touchscreens and two intercom handsets mean single-person operation without a dedicated attendant, so the room earns from the first session.
Conditioned air inside the shell
An air conditioning set is part of the system, not an accessory, with cabin temperature and humidity on screen through back-to-back sessions.

Operating protocol
How a session runs.
- 01Power the host machine and confirm the cabin reads ambient pressure on both screens.
- 02Set session time on the exterior 10-inch screen — 60 minutes is the standard slot — and select the therapy mode.
- 03Set the pressure target between 1.1 and 2.0 ATA and confirm the rise rate. The vessel must carry the solid door for any set point above 1.5 ATA.
- 04Seat the client, fit the headset tube or mask, and confirm intercom contact on both handsets.
- 05Seal the door and start. The system ramps to the set point and holds it, with oxygen at 15 L/min and 93% ±3%.
- 06Monitor cabin temperature, humidity, oxygen and pressure on the exterior screen for the full session; trim the air conditioning to client preference.
- 07At countdown end the system runs standard reduction back to ambient. Do not open the door until the gauge reads zero differential.
- 08Wipe the cabin down and reset the seating and oxygen tubing before the next client.
